Our titles are distributed to retail book sellers by BCH Fulfillment & Distribution, an Ingram distributor. Our titles are listed on the Book Clearing House (BCH) web site catalog and in Ingram's database. BCH provides a toll-free number (800-431-1579) for you to call and place your order. You can discuss terms and discounts with a BCH customer service representative.
Baker & Taylor
Our titles are sold wholesale to libraries by Baker & Taylor. Customers must place our titles on "backorder". Baker & Taylor also handles retail markets.
